SECTION 2 – Terms of Service
At Holtz Headwear, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped and we want you to be satisfied with your order. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
SECTION 2.1 – Billing and Payments
Full payment for your order will be processed at checkout. We do not begin production on any hat order until the order has been paid in full. If an order is canceled before production, we will refund the amount of the order back to the original payment method.

SECTION 3 – Return Policy
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
We want your order to be exactly how you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order. The nature of our custom work means that each product is created to your requirements. It can't be put back on the shelf to be used again if you cancel the order.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed - usually within 1 business day.
NOTE: Holtz Headwear reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

SECTION 4 – Art Terms & Conditions
By sending us image(s) you hereby grant to Holtz Headwear a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license to use the sent image(s) for the purpose of [custom debossing, laser engraving, marketing, and production], and all other uses related thereto. By sending us the image(s), you acknowledge and agree that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the image(s), including all intellectual property rights therein and goodwill associated therewith. You hereby represent and warrant that neither the image(s), nor Holtz Headwear’s use thereof or another exercise of its rights or license under these terms, does or will infringe, misappropriate, dilute, or otherwise violate any rights of any person in and to any:
(a) patents, patent disclosures, and inventions (whether patentable or not),
(b) trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, logos, corporate names, and domain names, and other similar designations of source or origin, together with the goodwill symbolized by any of the foregoing,
(c) copyrights and works of authorship (whether copyrightable or not), including computer programs, and rights in data and databases,
(d) trade secrets, know-how, and other confidential or proprietary information, and
(e) all other intellectual property, in each case, whether registered or unregistered, and including all registrations and applications for such rights and renewals or extensions thereof, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world.
By sending the image(s) to Holtz Headwear, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holtz Headwear and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and professionals’ fees and litigation costs) that arise out of:
(a) Holtz Headwear’s use of the image(s),
(b) the license granted by you to Holtz Headwear herein, or
(c) any breach of your representations and warranties contained herein.
Holtz Headwear reserves the right to refuse product personalization that contains vulgar or offensive language. This is a family establishment and we keep things clean.
SECTION 5 – Shipping Policy
We offer two methods of shipping within the United States:
1. Standard Shipping - $8.99 - USPS
2. Expedited Shipping - $14.99 - UPS
We also offer local pick-up at our store in Huntsville, Alabama.
SECTION 5.1 – Discounts and Coupons
