The current production time for our Custom Leather Patch Hats is 4-6 weeks!

Hat Customization

With Holtz Headwear, you have the option to place your order before uploading your logo file. No stress!

If you would like to have a game plan, here's how...

Option 1:

After purchase, our art team will contact you immediately through email to get your logo. Or you can email it to us at customercare@holtzheadwear.com!

Option 2:

We can walk you through this process step by step and answer any of your questions by contacting our Customer Service Team here!

Please make sure your logo text and graphics are black and the background is white. Artwork must be at least 3″X3″ and 900 pixels Accepted file formats are JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS format For the best quality, we will need your logo as a digitally created file. We will not be able to use a picture.

We do offer custom colors for our hats!

An order of 12+ is required for custom hat colors.

Sure! If you do not have a logo file, we can share with you a few templates that you can choose from and customized based on your needs!

Of course! Our Customer Service Team can evaluate your logo and help you through any necessary changes. Certain changes may be subject to a $25 art fee.

Our production time can depend on the product, the time of year, the total number of orders we currently have in production, as well as the quantity you're looking to purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shortly after receiving your order.

At Holtz Headwear, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped and we want you to be satisfied with your order. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers—our philosophy is to handle any situation fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We want your order to be exactly how you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials, and names carefully.

NOTE: Holtz Headwear reserves the right to cancel your order at our discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
